I know New Year’s resolutions often focus on losing weight, eating healthier, and an overall balanced lifestyle. This year, I am hoping to join forces with you and encourage you to participate in Pederson’s Whole30 Challenge!
Whole30 describes themselves as a “short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system.” The Whole30 program is 30 days, and participants continue to rave over their life-changing results.
The challenge will begin on January 2, 2017! Each week, I will send you Whole30 recipes, tips, tricks, and advice as well as motivational emails throughout our Whole30 journey. I’ll even be sharing one recipe from the new Whole 30 Cookbook. If you don’t have a copy of that, head over to www.whole30.com and pick up a copy today!
By signing up for the Pederson’s Whole30 Challenge (enter you email address above), you’ll be invited to join our private online social community on Facebook which is the meeting place for all of our Whole30 groupies. There, we encourage conversation. Are you struggling? Let us know, and we’ll lift you up! Wondering if you can use a certain ingredient in a recipe? Ask, and experienced Whole30-ers will have the answer!
A nutritional reset can be challenging. It is my hope that, by organizing a specific support system for those taking on the Whole30 in January, we can help you reach your goals!
